Alpha of the World
Vacant. Join every [TOKEN SYMBOL] Pack — if several do, highest points wins.
How it works (dumb)
Everyone gets one free pack seat. Empty countries fill first. Become Pack Alpha by barking on X — heat, not bags. Extra packs cost [TOKEN SYMBOL] and fuel that nation's marketing. Join fee is campaign fuel, not a souvenir. Full board = Alpha of the World (points tiebreak). Mask Off fights pay loud packs — see /doc.
