By using this site or related apps (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Dog Wif Mask ($DWM) is a meme / culture product on Solana (and related surfaces). Nothing here is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a promise of profit.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using crypto products under applicable law. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and devices.

If you use the Services for a project, DAO, or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Access may require a wallet signature and optional profile fields (handle, socials, email for Mask Mail). You are responsible for activity under your wallet and for keeping recovery material private.

We may suspend or limit access for abuse, fraud, sybil farming, impersonation, illegal content, or security risk.

$DWM Packs are country seats you join — not land you own. Mask Off fights, Mask Points, Top Dogs, growth campaigns, and partner tools are game / marketing mechanics. Leaderboards can change. Points are not cash.

Tunable economics live in product config and may change. UI prototypes may show mock balances, mock sends, and fake buttons that do not move real funds.

Interacting with $DWM, partner tokens, liquidity routes, Wif Pairs, or Ghost Launch can result in total loss. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. Network fees are yours.

Ghost Launch and similar irreversible flows are disclosed as final when live. Until mainnet wiring ships, on-screen buttons may be mocks only.

Partner portal, Mask Kit embeds, Mask MCP scopes, and growth campaigns (links, Mask Mail, social raids, etc.) must be used lawfully. No spam to people who did not opt in. No fake engagement rings. No malware or phishing in embeds or campaign creatives.

Campaign escrow / stop rules described in-product are product policy drafts until payments are live and counsel-reviewed.

You keep rights to content you post, but grant us a worldwide license to host, display, moderate, and promote it in connection with the Services. Do not post content you do not have rights to.

Dog Wif Mask marks, board UI, and site design are ours or our licensors'. Brand use rules live on /brand.

• No illegal activity, sanctions evasion, or stolen funds.
• No harassment, CSAM, or violent threats.
• No automated abuse, credential stuffing, or API scraping beyond published limits.
• No impersonation of the team, partners, or other dogs.
• No market manipulation schemes dressed up as "raids."

Services are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uptime, accuracy of points, third-party APIs (X, TG, Discord, mail, RPC), or that any campaign will perform.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dog Wif Mask and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for token price moves, smart contract bugs, key loss, or third-party outages. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of fees you paid us for the specific paid feature in the 3 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, if applicable law allows that cap.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your campaigns, your partner integrations, or your misuse of the Services.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Updated" date. Continued use after posting means you accept the new Terms where permitted.

Governing law and venue will be set in the counsel-reviewed version before mainnet. Until then, treat this as a product draft only.
