1 · Not advice
Nothing on the Services is financial, legal, or tax advice. No ROI, APY, or "guaranteed bags." Memes are not a business plan. You alone decide whether to touch tokens, packs, pairs, or campaigns.
2 · Token & market risk
- $DWM and partner tokens can go to zero. Liquidity can vanish.
- Slippage, MEV, oracle lag, and thin books can wreck fills.
- Supply, fees, pair inventory, and campaign knobs are tunable and may change (see product economics / /doc).
- Past meme performance means nothing.
3 · Smart contract & chain risk
- Bugs, exploits, upgrade keys, and bridge failures happen.
- Solana (and any other chain we touch) can halt or degrade.
- Wrong network / wrong token mint = likely permanent loss.
- Prototype UI may not match deployed programs yet.
4 · Wallet & account risk
- Lost seed phrases cannot be recovered by us.
- Malicious dApps and fake sites will try to drain you.
- Compromised email or Discord can social-engineer support scams.
5 · Mask Off, packs, points
- Pack joins are membership / campaign fuel — not ownership of a country or claim on real-world land.
- Points, Alpha status, and leaderboards can be delayed, corrected, or wiped for fraud.
- LP routing privileges (where offered) can be lost if product rules say you flipped too late — read in-product warnings.
- Prize pots depend on funding, settlement rules, and integrity checks.
6 · Pairs, Ghost Launch, partner tools
- Pairing with partner tokens does not make those tokens safe or audited.
- Ghost Launch style entries are designed to be irreversible when live — no refund theater.
- Partner kits / embeds can be misconfigured by the partner; their users' trust is on them too.
7 · Growth campaigns & Mask Mail
- Escrow bags can stop on goal, budget, time, or abuse — first trigger wins under product law.
- Verified actions can be clawed back (fake follows, fast leaves, mod rejects).
- Third-party APIs (X, Telegram, Discord, ESPs) rate-limit, break, or ban automation.
- Unsub spikes and fraud kills can end a blast early.
8 · Regulatory & tax
Rules for tokens, promotions, and cross-border marketing change. Something allowed today may be restricted tomorrow in your location. You are responsible for your own tax reporting.
9 · Prototype caveat
Large parts of this site are still a UI prototype: mock stats, fake buttons, no live custody. Do not treat staging balances as real. Mainnet features ship only when explicitly live.
